Getting the ground right
Every driveway, slab and retaining wall we build starts with the dirt underneath it. We cut sites to design levels, set the falls so water goes where it should, and clear whatever's in the way first — old concrete, vegetation, tree stumps.
Tight side-access blocks are common on the northside, so we run mini excavators and a skid steer that fit through a standard gate, backed up by bigger gear for larger commercial cuts.

FAQs
What machines do you use for excavation?
Mini excavators and a skid steer for most residential sites, sized to fit through side gates and tight access. For bigger commercial cuts we bring in larger gear.
Can you excavate around an existing pool?
Yes, we regularly cut and clear around in-ground pools for paving, decking or landscaping, working carefully around the pool shell and equipment.
Do you dig new pool holes as well?
Yes, we excavate for new in-ground pools, working to the pool builder's plans and levels, plus spoil removal.
Can you excavate a basement or underhouse area?
Yes. We've worked underneath existing houses to dig trenches and open up basement and underhouse areas in tight, low-clearance conditions.
Do you handle the dirt removal too?
Yes — cut, load and cart away, or level and reuse it on site if that works better for your job. We'll talk it through when we quote.
